Combining multiple surgeries in Korea - is it safe to do everything at once?

Combining procedures is common and can be safe, but there are real limits. Surgeons cap total operating time and physiologic stress, so double eyelid + rhinoplasty together is routine and low-risk, whereas adding major bone surgery like V-line in the same session greatly increases anesthesia time, swelling, and recovery burden — many reputable surgeons will stage V-line separately for safety and better results. Risks of doing too much at once include longer anesthesia, more bleeding/swelling, and harder monitoring of each result. Recovery for combined facial surgery is driven by the biggest procedure (V-line: weeks of swelling). One trip is efficient, but let a surgeon who examines you decide what is safe to combine versus stage — prioritize safety and outcome over convenience.
